Support Your Local @ Jinek

Less visible are the local producers who are largely dependent on the hospitality industry for a significant portion of their sales. While supermarket shelves are being emptied by panic buying, businesses can't sell their beautiful locally produced goods.  

That's why Support Your Locals (https://www.supportlocals.nl/) is calling on all of the Netherlands to support local producers and together build short supply chains. The first initiatives under the #supportyourlocalsNL banner have already emerged in Amsterdam and Utrecht.

This national campaign is an initiative of supportyourlocalsNL Amsterdam and Food Cabinet, and is supported by a growing network of food producers in the Netherlands and supporters who help reach as many people as possible with this message. Samuel Levie and Miljuschka Witzenhausen are ambassadors for the campaign.

In Amsterdam, producers have joined forces and are offering a #supportyourlocalsNL Amsterdam package with products from: Mama bakkerij, dairy farmer MOMA, Instock, Brandt & Levie worstmakers, Lindenhoff
