I work with a fixed day/region schedule. Can I use RoutiGo for that?

Yes, that's no problem. The routes can be optimized by region and by day.

Are trips efficient if customers can choose a time window themselves?

RoutiGo calculates the most efficient routes taking into account the time windows. It is possible that trips do indeed become less efficient because customers choose time windows. But it does increase the chance that orders will be delivered successfully on the first delivery attempt.
