Manage and optimize your entire delivery operation from one central platform. RoutiGo automates route planning, selects the most suitable vehicle based on capacity and restrictions, and seamlessly aligns deliveries with your schedule. Once the routes are generated and approved, they are immediately forwarded to the RoutiGo Driver App. During the trip, you have real-time insight into progress and any changes, so you can make immediate adjustments and always have control over your delivery process.

FAQs

Can I import routes via Excel?

Yes, you can! Save your Excel file as a CSV and import it directly into the Planning Dashboard. Do you want to load routes automatically from your own system? RoutiGo also offers an API connection, so your integration is seamless. Does this not work or do you have specific wishes? We are happy to help you come up with a customized solution.

Can I change a route during the trip?

Yes, you can! Please note that this may affect the stop order and the time window in the track & trace.

Does the planner have insight into the routes that are currently being driven?

Yes, the planner sees in the dashboard where the delivery person is, whether stops are being met on time and how much delay there may be.

Can I change an address last minute?

Yes, that is also possible. You can even change an address at the last minute, but this can change the route order.

On which phones can the Driver App be installed?

The RoutiGo Driver App is available for both Android and iOS devices. This way, your delivery drivers can always hit the road with the right tools.

How is the customer informed about the order?

Your customer will receive an email and/or text message with the expected time of arrival and a Track & Trace link. This allows the delivery person to be monitored in real time and your customer knows exactly when the order arrives.
