Loading in stops in the RoutiGo Routeplanner

How do I get addresses in RoutiGo?

With a simple action, you drag and drop your addresses into your RoutiGo routeplanner. You can also use automatic linking (API) if you prefer. A street name and house number are enough to automatically plan the perfect routes, including the corresponding time slots.

Reviewing and adjusting routes in the RoutiGo Routeplanner

Can you change anything after the fully automatic optimisation?

Of course! Because your RoutiGo routeplanner calculates the optimal planning, but in practice you want something slightly different. That’s why you can assess your routes in the dashboard and easily adjust them if necessary.

Communicate with recipients and send your driver on his way

Off we go!

Send your customers a message with the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and start working on your routes. RoutiGo navigates your driver from address to address. He scans the orders easily with the app. The planner automatically sees all the delivery details in the dashboard.

Monitoring and adjusting your RoutiGo routeplanner

But how do you know if you deliver what you promise the recipients?

Trust is good, but sometimes monitoring is just convenient. On the dashboard you can see where a driver is in real time and which orders he has completed. Do you receive an extra pickup and want to tell the customer what time you’re coming? Does your driver have a flat tyre and do you want to hand over the route to a colleague? It’s all possible. The dashboard keeps you informed of progress at all times and you can easily intervene when necessary.
